Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain failed to impress in yet another game since leaving Arsenal to Liverpool. The winger started in England’s last but one World Cup qualifier group game against Slovenia, as Tottenham’s Harry Kane last-gasp winner sealed a spot at next summer’s World Cup.
The Ox come completes a £40m move on transfer deadline day, but has won just one of Game for Jurgen Klopp’s side.
The 24-year-old’s form has been criticized and there was no improvement in putting on England shirt on Thursday night. The former Arsenal winger continued to be an erratic man and is clearly still someone playing with little or no confidence.
He was replaced with 63 minutes on the clock and was spotted booting a bottle in frustration as he entered the dugout.
The Englishman has been mocked up and down the country, including by Arsenal fans who are now seemingly delighted with his departure.
Here’s what they’ve had to say on Twitter…
Alex Oxlade Chamberlain played like Alex Oxlade Chamberlain…haha

If you ever feel like you’re not good at your job, just remember this…
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is a professional footballer.

Oxlade Chamberlain, what a bad panic buy. Liverpool dont need a CM but they bought one instead of a CB? Currently costing them tho.
