Arsenal are ready to negotiate a player-plus-cash deal to sign Juventus attacker Kenan Yildiz, according to Italian outlet Radio Radio.
The Gunners bolstered their attack with the purchases of Noni Madueke, Viktor Gyokeres and Eberechi Eze earlier this summer.
This has not stopped the speculation, and Radio Radio claim that the club are ready to make a significant offer to purchase Yildiz.
Juventus value the 20-year-old at €80-90 million, but the Gunners are prepared to offer €60m plus Leandro Trossard as a makeweight for Yildiz.
Mikel Arteta’s side are reportedly ‘crazy’ about signing the Turkey international and could seek to take advantage of Juventus’ financial situation.
Yildiz speculation could be agent-driven
The Bayern Munich graduate has made immense progress over the past year with the Bianconeri.
He had an impressive 2024/25 campaign with the Turin giants, scoring 12 goals and providing nine assists from 52 appearances in all competitions.
Yildiz predominantly played as a left winger, but also operated as a number 10 or on the right wing.
In the current campaign, he has featured as a second striker behind Dusan Vlahovic, and has already made six goal contributions in five games.
He has managed 27 goal involvements since the start of last season.
The Turkish ace has started to live up to his potential, and his agent could be behind the recent gossip in the Italian media linking him with Arsenal.
There have been no updates from British sources regarding the interest, and his representative could be hyping him up for a new long-term deal.
Yildiz signed a new contract last year for a basic €57,000 weekly salary. He could be eyeing an improved package amid the progress made.
If the Gunners hold any interest, it may not materialise until next summer, after the huge spending spree during the recent transfer window
