West Ham have been promised paperwork for Declan Rice deal with Arsenal will be delivered and signed tomorrow

Arsenal have promised West Ham United that the paperwork for the Declan Rice deal will be delivered and signed on Friday, reports Sky Sports.

A £105 million deal to take the England international midfielder to the North London club was agreed nine days ago.

However, it is yet to be announced and the 24-year-old is still waiting for the green light, with West Ham left frustrated.

The Hammers have been eager and ready to sign the contracts once Arsenal’s legal team approve the final wording of deal.

The Europa Conference League winners are yet to make any signings this summer and are waiting for the £100m from the Gunners to arm them with a war chest.

They will not have to wait for much longer as Arsenal are now ready to send over the necessary documents having taken their time to go over every detail in it.

Mikel Arteta’s side travel for their pre-season tour of the United States on Sunday and should be able to go with both Rice and Jurrien Timber.

Both players are likely to be announced on Friday or Saturday, and Gunners fans have been waiting nervously for the much-anticipated news for more than a week.

Rice is leaving West Ham a hero after helping to keep them up last term and also playing a huge role to help them land their first piece of major silverware in 43 years.

Arsenal could do with his good luck charm too and will hope their wait for a Premier League title since 2004 does not go on for much longer.
